[ Usually, he'll spring up instantly to let Riku in. But after seeing how the trial ended, well...

It'll be another moment before he shuffles to the door and opens it. His eyes look brighter than usual because he might have been crying. Stepping back to let Riku in. ]

Riku. Yeah, we can. You know you can just come in whenever.

[ He doesn't lock the door normally. ]

[ Right, of course he doesn't. Speaking of which...as he comes in and closes it behind himself, he locks it. ]

First, you're going to need to lock the door from now on. Just in case. And make sure you keep the window shut with something more secure since anyone can just wiggle it open from the outside.

[ He's going to need to do it when he's in his room too, but Riku can't risk anything. Sabotage, or whatever. ]

...All of that aside, I wanted to see how you were holding up.

[ This was something he was thinking about as well, but in reverse. About ways to do a trap or something to keep Riku safe. And here he was trying to make sure he was safe.

He'll just move in close to just lean against him. Burying his face against his chest for a moment or two. ]

[ Sora decided to have his book adventure during the day and chose the wrong fucking book to try. He never knew there was another version of The Little Mermaid and never knew how heartbreaking it was.

Wiping away the tears and immediately heading to find Riku to share. It's really, really great being able to walk around without feeling like you're walking on knives and broken glass.

[ Lingering at the door for a little longer, before he turns to look at his best friend. It's tempting to just go over there to hug him. ]

[ After puzzles and the book adventure, Sora vanishes for a bit. It's not until bed time when he's back. It's clear from his gait that he's tired and it's clear on his expression that he's totally wiped out. He's also moving like he might be sore. Just immediately going straight to Riku to drape himself on him. ]

Hey... I spoke to Watanuki and Nirrti.

[ Riku notices almost immediately Sora's stilted movements - possibly before he understands the fatigue behind the brunet's expression. If only because he's not exactly looking at his face first. ]

[ Already, he's concerned, moving a hand to rake through the brown spikes... ]

[ Careful where you touch cause he probably has a lump on the back of his head when he was thrown. If he touches that, Sora is going to make a hissing sound. ]

I'm okay! I was thrown out of Nirrti's room by magic I think? Also she was kind of on fire, but it wasn't real! It just felt real.

[ He releases a sigh, before his expression somewhat smooths out, even if traces of worry are seen in his expression. ]

[ Sora is going to seek out Riku and will find him at the library. Which is perfect.

So he's just grabbing some books himself before walking over to him. Plopping down in the seat beside him and leaning over to give him a quick peck on the cheek. ]

[ Operation get Riku to say book commences! There is a bit of a glint in his eyes, like he miiiight be up to something.

Or maybe he's just really excited about all the new things! ]

[ Riku is reading a romantic adventure story. ]

[ One hand on his gun (water gun), and the other is falling to land on his chest. Their shared brain cell finally kicks in and Sora realizes that Riku is naked. Yeah, he should have thought of this before. ]

[ The feeling you want to netflix and chill, but you're all out of netflix.

Sora waits until after Riku gets comfortable in bed before he strikes. He climbs up on Riku, despite book or whatever else he might have. ]

Everyone was talking about moving into the ballroom after tonight.
